I have a client from Pierce County, WA who is anually visiting us here in the Philippines and we are competing with each other in the gym everytime he is here (after work). Last 2011, he 1st invited me in the gym and I was no match for him since he is a veteran body builder, 39 years old back then and I was only a beginner! Then last year, I've met Scott Herman and I have learned a lot and mastered the drop sets. So when my client visited again, I defeated him using SHF's "My Chest Workout", well the drop sets really rocks! (Heaviest DB was 100 lbs).. he was still stronger than me but with the drop sets I always win!! :)
He is really competetive so he mastered drop sets when he got back in US and trained with a military guy, when he got back here this October 2013, I was currently focusing on losing weight and HIIT but of course, being a lifter as he is, he challenged me again and said "Man, I will kill you with your own medicine!!" Dang, we did all sets with drop sets!!! I was dying on the flat bench but as a Super Hermanite, I never gave up even though I was screaming the hell out of me!! I survived the Chest Day then he introduced me his back workout starting with 85 pull ups (25-10-10-10-10-10 Alternating with each other) and I won that round but when we started to perform the other exercises, my hands got messed up big time (Calluses) in which I posted a pic on our FB Page (If you can remember). I survived that week and he got amazed with me having a very strong mind because I never gave up even though he can see that I was almost out of the game (Why? Only because HTH). Then after that week, it was my turn to revenge so I killed him with the 4 Rounds! 5 Exercises! 1 Destroyed Body Routine on the 1st day and some Crossfit Workouts that I do the next days.. haha I've made him realized th importance of cardio!!
Then yesterday, being a new manager and him being my business client technically, we talked about how are we going to make our people be more productive so I joked a bit saying that maybe our employees also need to live healthy and satrt working out with us to release some stress and have a positive outlook in life as we do and he took it seriously and agreed! What we are planning to do is to challenge the male employees in the next 5 months to some sort of body building competition and we are thinking to make Scott, Erica and Sean as 3 of the judges (we will create a Facebook Page for that), we may consider some other hermanites to volunteer as well, we are going to have a monetary bet (5k php each) and the females will have a biggest loser challenge and the winner takes half of the male's total winnings. What do you think about our idea? Who among you are willing to be 1 of the judges? :)
