According to a research study detailed in the link below, the ideal body fat percentage that women find attractive is 12%:

My wife agrees with this study.  She is scared of the huge, vascular, steroid look of Mr Olympia type guys and thinks guys that are too vascular are not attractive.  What say the Hermanite ladies?  12% to me would be like what Ryan Goseling typically looks like.  We know Scott is at 7%.  The ripped, "juiced" look would be like Rich Gaspari in his competing days or Andreas Munzer before all the steroids killed him.  Or for the younger dudes who don't remember these guys from the 80's and early 90's, then think of Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, etc.

Well my husband has 10% bf so I'm gonna have to say I find that most attractive :) But on average anywhere between 6-12% is most appealing to me.

Thanks Scott. He's always been naturally lean. He doesn't have to work near as hard as I do. Lol. But he is a big outdoorsman. Active in everything he does archery, fishing, canoeing, & the list goes on including time in the gym :) i do as much of it with him as I can.

And I bet the two of you eat very well as well and resist the temptations of eating junk food :-)
