Great job on the article man! You made some very good points especially in saying how much meeting goals is more in the mind than it is anything else! I enjoyed reading this article.

Great article Mervin!   A good friend and mentor would always teach me "you have to believe to achieve" and his favorite quote from Star Wars "Do or do not. There is no try".  I also like your assertion to set realistic goals that are attainable.  Trying to be Arnold or Jay Cutler is unrealistic and unattainable for 99% of the general population. Nothing kills motivation like setting unrealistic goals.

This article is very informative and personally for me it made me reflect on my goals and my mindset. I was often a pessimist back then maybe thats why I wasn't satisfied with my results. After that I learned how to be optimistic and set standards for myself whice are realistic and attainable. 

 

And this article of yours reminded me again on what my mindset would always be..
