Hey Marc!

For question 1. yeah you can post videos of whatever you like.  You just need th YouTube IDs.  If you actually look at the photos and videos on my page you will see that I have Music and Dragon Ball Z stuff everywhere. haha :)

Question 2. For th articles you would e-mail them to me dirctly.  They should be focused on fitness topics and contain factual information  (no bro-sciene).  I think an article on motivation would be great.  I know you have some great before an after pictures that could go with it and I think you have an amazing story to tell.

For the length, there are no guidelines really.  Just keep in mind that readers get bored VERY easy.  What I like to do is get all my ideas on paper, and then cut and organize from there.  Just do you thing and I will tell you if it needs to be shorter.

Have a great weekend brotha!!! #HTH

I have a random question as well, I recently got my first tattoo and Im worried about going to the gym and messing it up before its healed. So rather than a question, its more of asking, does anyone have any tips or recommendations when it comes to hitting the gym and tattoo care?

Dude, just a huge heads up because I have tattoos as well. Gyms are not the most sanitary place to walk around, lay down on, sit on with an open wound which is was a fresh tattoo is. I would recommed that you stay out of the gym for a few days and wait for it to heal up a bit.

When I got my calf tattoo, I had hit the treadmil a couple days after getting it and it started bleeding just because my calf was flexing so hard that the scabs came off underneath the bandage! I didnt even realize until I felt that my sock was wet, there was SO much blood! So yeah, theres that to worry about as well. Just take a few days to let it heal and you should be all right :).

Great input Joey.  I have no idea as I have no tattoos.

Scott,

Is it true that you're moving to L.A? New England is going to be a lesser place without you in it man. On the other-hand, congratulations if that has been a motivator for you!
