Over the last couple of weeks I've noticed I've been getting weaker. Mostly in my chest and shoulders. I'm eating 500 calories more than my maintenance so I can't understand why I'm experiencing this. For example, two weeks ago I could do a solid 3 reps of 60kg but now I just about manage to do one with crappy form.

When this happens, it means you need a de-load week or more time off. A de-load week is where you still train but at 50% of the weight and volume you were doing prior. This gives not only your muscles but also your central nervous sytem (CNS) time to recover. Weakness when eating right is usually a sign of CNS burn-out.
