I go to Planet Fitness for my gym. I know they don't have a full range of equipment when it comes to adjustable weights and they don't have a TBar. What is an alternative to the tbar row?

Do they have barbells at all? Because you can do a T-Bar row without a landmine attachment - you just put the bar in a corner with a weight plate on top to hold it in place.
If that's still not possible, but you have access to a barbell, do a barbell bent-over row. If that's still out of the question, then in order to get the next best for overloading, go with a cable row.
The barbells at planet fitness are fixed they do have smith machines. How many sets and reps of bent over barbell rows or cable rows should I be doing?
Still do 5-8 sets @BlueDragon13, of either exercise. Because it's only a smith machine, I wouldn't say one is superior to the other.. so you could even do 4 sets of each along with your pull-ups.
Thanks for the advice
You're very welcome @BlueDragoon13!
