Having a hard time knowing when the best time to eat healthy fats are? Also a list of some really good proteins would be helpful.
Also, I am on a low carb diet until I can lose the last bit of my lower stomach fat to really tone my abs, so I was wondering if it would be best to eat the majority of my carb intake before and after my workouts or should i still be spreading them out throught the day? I know you aren't suppose to be eating a lot of carbs later in the day so thats where my question comes in.
