Easiest way to explain it is:
Cook the Ground beef (96% ONLY) in the pan till brown adding 1/2 the LS taco package(save other 1/2 for the next batch next week)
Once done strain and put off to the side.
Cook couscous per instructions on box adding the 2 servings of adobo to the water mixure
(i do the weighting but if you want to eye it up its all up to you)
I put a big bowl on my scal and reset to 0 dump in the couscous in and take the weight in G. i then take that and divide by 7. Thats the amount i need for each day because im cooking for 7 days.
I then take my bowls 1 by 1 and put them on scale and re 0 them addinding the amount of cous couse i need
I then repeat the steps for the ground beef.
I do it that way so i know each day in dead on and i know some meals wont have more beef or more couscous than others.
