Hey guys, so I followed Scott's video on calculating my macro intake, I need to eat 150 grams of protein, 250 grams of carbs, and 50 grams of fats. My question is, (take into account i'm 19 so i'm no chef), are there easy meals I could eat or make that can fulfill my macro requirements? It'd be awesome to read what your personal meal plans are daily! I'm still new to this working out and dieting, I don't have a job so I kinda need a cheap and easy meal plan to get me going. So yeah, thanks guys!

Christian,

Eggs, fresh vegetables and fruit, seeds/nuts, and chicken are the most affordable and easiest to cook to meet your macros. Seeds, nuts, fruits, and vegetables can be eaten raw. Try to buy organic if you can but if not make sure to clean them throughly before eating (fruits and vegetables). Eggs and chicken are easy to cook and affordable.

Fish, some cuts of beef, organic produce tend to be more expensive. You can also add in some whey and casein protein supplements to help meet this macro count. There are many affordable brands to choose from. I would not use any weight gain or pre-workouts as they are mostly full of sugar, caffeine, and oter questionable ingredients and they add unneeded cost.
