I dont eat a lot of peanut butter but thought to try out Merdian http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=284847836

 

It seems theres no trans fat/bad fat and wondered if anyone can comment if this seems suitable to consume on a daily basis to meet my fat intake? Or what i need to be aware of before purchasing?
