Hello everyone, i have a question for you. For those who cannot afford to buy fresh salmon, cod and other EXPENSIVE fish like theese, every week,is that good to buy them prepacked and frozen, (beacouse they are much cheaper)? Do they have almost the same nutricients with fresh, do they worth their money or they don't cuz of staying too much time at the freezers? If they are good, which fish are the best to buy? (in affordable price of course)

John, its completely fine to buy frozen! The nutritional value isn't actually changed that much. I have recently just switched to frozen salmon and vegetables and have not noticed any difference apart from taste.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with buying frozen fish, and you won't have to worry about it going bad since you will definitely eat it before frozen fish goes bad. The important thing to think about (if you can afford it) is buying WILD CAUGHT fish as opposed to FARM RAISED.
