Hello everyone

I would love to try out those high protein pancakes Scott posted on youtube, looks sooo delicious!

But any chance to get the measurements in metric standard, it would really make things easier for me .

Hey man!

I don't have them in metric... but I am sure you can google really quick the change. You only have to measure like three things... or.. just do 4 spoonfulls of oatmeal, 4 spoonfulls of greek yogurt and use the scooper in your protein for the 1 scoop of protein.

Hope you enjoy them!

Yeah I actually did that after I posted this, I was just a little bit too stupid to figure that out before I posted

If anyone else wonders about this 1/4 cup is 60 ml

Aw man, I didn't realise there was two threads lol I was busy commenting on the other one.

Just remember though, in terms non liquid based ingredients such as oats, you should really be going with the weight conversion instead of the volume conversion for a more consistant measurement. See the link below to all the conversions for common ingredients

Hey man,

I got you measurements right here :)

1/4 Cup of oats = 22 grams

1 Jumbo egg is considered to weigh 71 grams

3 Tablespoons = 45 ml (1TB = 15 ml)

1/2 Cup of greek yogurt = 120 ml

Hope this helps :) Below a link to where I got the information.

Now time to get cooking haha

I'm guessing the macro nutrient breakdown for that recipie is for the batch of batter not per pancake. Correct?

Kick ass!!!

Hey man,

yeah for sure. Its still really high and has a good protein / fat ratio. Remember this is just breakfast haha

If each of them pancakes had 55g of protein, you'd hit your protein goal for the day in a matter of minutes lol

:)
Keep it up
