Hello, I am Loes, 21 years old. My height is 1,72 m and my weight is around 54 kilos.

I am doing sports about three times a week.

One time I do abb work- out, one time (outdoor) running and one time (outdoor) bootcamp. Each time I am excersising it is about one hour.

I think I do not eat enough to maintain my energy level at a normal stage.

For about two years ago I lost around 8 kilos. Now I do not lose weight any more. I think my fat percentage is still reducing and my muscles have grown last year, mostly my legs.

At a normal day this is what I eat:

breakfast: one cup of cereals with soya milk or one piece of bread with one piece of gingerbread

lunch: two pieces of bread with one piece of fruit or three pieces of bread

coffee break: cappuccino

dinner: one lade of soup. one spoon vegatables, one and a half spoon of baked potatoes and one piece of meat.

How is it possible that I do not lose weight any more while I am burning a lot of calories and not always eating that well?

Is it possible that I am not able to lose any more weight because I do not have much fat to lose right now?

Do you think I should change something in my meal plan or training program to get my goal (losing around 2 kilos)?

Prefious I went dieting five weeks. I think I did lose some fat but I could not see it on the scale. How is that possible?

I really hope you can help me because I want to know the reason of this!

Thank you,

Loes

Check out the meal plan page. You'll need to start tracking your macros for a while and start adjusting them until you see changes in your weight.

Loosing weight is a real myth. It happens that you lose weight but cannot see that on the scale because when you work out you lose fats and not the muscle weight. So when we weight on the scale it actually shows the muscle weight and we think that we aren't losing weight. Many people have heavy bones and therefore no matters how much they work out what they lose is only fats and the bone weight remain the same. So you don't need to worry, just stay determined towards your schedule and you can add a dietary supplement nuez dela india diet which will help you to lose weight and boost up your metabolism. My friend is a doctor and she recommended me this supplement.

If you are 172 cm and 54 kg... you are underweight, you should not be looking to lose any weight at this stage, on the contrary you should gain a few kg honestly. I am not trying to be rude but your mealplan is... well... its shit. You are missing a ton of micronutrients and you are not getting enough macronutrients if this is how you eat everyday. Keep in mind I am not attacking you personally, I am simply looking at the numbers and the mealplan. Losing weight can become to obsessive and going below 54 kg which is already underweight, is not a good idea by any stretch of the imagination.

"I think I do not eat enough to maintain my energy level at a normal stage." = You are correct, with a mealplan like that your body is missing an immense amount of vital nutritional energy.

"two pieces of bread with one piece of fruit or three pieces of bread" = Are you saying that if you have three pieces of bread you will not eat any fruit ? Do you know how much vital vitamins are in fruit ? You should not look at fruit as carbs and but for what they actually are, a good source of fiber and an amazing source for different vitamins.

"Is it possible that I am not able to lose any more weight because I do not have much fat to lose right now?" = Most likely yes. The next stage would be for your body to eat your muscles in a last attempt to keep the normal processes in the body still up and running. This takes a bit more time than burning fat.

I do not think I need to adress this further, as I said 54 kg is already underweight and losing more now would just put you at risk for so many different diseases, for instance your immune system is weakened and your organs are not well protected (because fat is what protects the organs) leading you to become more sick more often. In addittion to all sorts of more severe problems like osteoporosis.

I hope you made this shit up and you are just trolling... but if not get out of here, seriously. "Losing weight is a real myth"..... Losing weight is done with exercise and eating well, not by some bullshit supplements. If your friend as a doctor recommends you this, she is not a very good doctor.

You plugged a supplement, referenced a "Doctor Friend" with no references and pretty much messed up some basic concepts that govern health and fitness. Maybe you would like to retry your post - more composed and accurate, because what you posted is flat out wrong and confusing. If not, be prepared for getting flamed as yeah this will not fly with this community!

We all start somewhere with our knowledge of health and physical fitness but we at least own up to our knowledge levels and don't post on something without knowing what we are stating. If you want to do supplement plugging go chat with Devin Physique (SHREDZ) ...

Man, this sounds familiar. I remember being told most of this crap when I weighed 350 pounds. "You're just a big guy", "You have big bones", "The scale can fool you".

170+ pounds later I made a discovery. I wasn't a big guy with big bones. I was just a fat guy. Now I'm not. I'm not going to call you names but you are woefully misinformed.

Old enough to know better, young enough not to care. I'm an eternal rookie - As soon as I stop learning I start dying.
