Hey guys,
so I'm trying to figure out the best way to lean bulk. I'm familiar with Scott's video where he tells us how much weight we can gain a year as a natural. First year is 20-25 pounds, then 10-12, then 5-6, then about 2-3 pounds. With that being said , does that mean in my first year of training I should calculate my calories and macros to gain maybe 30 pounds that year so only 5-10 pounds will be fat? Then the next year aim to gain 15-20 pounds so maybe 5-8 pounds will be fat, etc? I'm just sort of confused on this. Any help would be great.
