I would actually recomend some supplements at this point, and i rarely do that. I to have a huge issue when it comes to breakfast, since i don't feel hungry and don't feel like having anything in my mouth. I always eat something like 2 slices of break or an orange but it doesn't take more than 1-2 hrs for the hunger to really kick in, at which point I eat. Therefore i'm going to suggest two options either get a supplement that has what you need or wait 1 or 2 hrs befoure you eat your breakfast. Hope this helps and have a wonderful day :)

I agree.  At this point chugging a protien shake is better than nothing.  I do a BSN SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE shake every morning.  I love it!

I do the same thing as Scott if i am rushed in the morning. Its a nice easy way to get some good protein in!

Gagysha, i had exactly the same problem with you. Couldn't eat anything after i get up, and that caused me to feel deezy, not having strength, not having a good mood and other bad feelings. Two months ago i found a solution, a VERY good meal that can be eaten fast an easy, and doesNOT make me wanna puke, like other foods made me at the morning. Its an omelete with 2 whole eggs and 2-3 more egg whites, a little milk added on and 4-5 tablespoons of oat, 150gr broccoli with extra virgin olive oil and a bit lemon juice aded on it, and 1 glass of milk!!! It may sounds crazy but, yea i can eat it MUCH MORE EASY that eating ONE SLICE OF BREAD with honey!! At the first few days try eating 2 whole eggs and 2 tablespoons of oat only, at your omelet, and when your body will gets used to it you will be able to eat more. I would suggest you to try it out as it fitted me PERFECT for a breakfast and it fiils up my anergy leves at maximum!!

A great way to build your tolerance up to eating a big meal is my starting just eating small amounts and gradually increasing them over time. My friend couldnt touch any food at breakfast as he felt sick so I recommended him just to eat the smallest of foods such as half an apple or whatever he could tolerate. Over time he ate more and more and now he is eating full meals for breakfast and feeling so much better becuase of it

You should never ever have to force feed. Idk if theres any science to prove this, but you may be force feeding because your calories are way to high. I had that problem last year. I was eating 3500 to 4000 calories. Went from 7 percent body fat to 15. My body just started to HATE food. I had no appietite. All i needed to eat 2800 calories MAX. I think its best to divide up your meals into smaller meals. and go on a cutting phase now.
