Hi guys!

Perhaps a silly question, but any tips on how to increase my calorie intake? I'm working out, but the muscle gain is slow. I just can't seem to reach the goal of 2800 calories a day... My job keeps me occupied and stressed and most of my calorie intake happens in the evening (around the workout) and morning. Every time I'm on the scale and notice I gained a few kg, I'm excited, yet few days later, gone again.

Already have protein shakes, bars,... and I don't want to start eating unhealthy foods in order to increase the calorie intake.

Thanks!

@The_Teacher It sounds obvious.. but you just need to eat more food haha. Have multiple servings of what you're already having if you need to. Or incorporate some more healthy options (I'm sure there are some out there that you're not having at the moment!).

Another thing you can do is start having a shake or two per day. Not a protein shake per say, but a shake with oats, fruit, peanut butter, maybe some protein too - a variety of things to give you a few hundred more calories per day. If you struggle to get down whole food, shakes like that can really help!
