@Dezkob I would definitely increase your fats and lower the carbs a little bit. You probably don't need 500g.. granted if you can gain weight without gaining too much fat while eating 500g, there's nothing wrong with that. But even if you keep your carbs at 500g, I still think you need more fat, and probably more calories overall to be honest. I'd suggest you double your fat if you can.

How long have you been following these macros? Are you gaining weight? Or did you only just come up with these numbers?

Can't open whatever that file is that you linked.. I think you tried linking a file directly from your computer? If you can turn it into a URL link, that will work.

I've resently changed my Macros, my total Calories: 3410, Carbs: 336g, Pro: 299g, Fat: 93g.

I have not started this diet plan yet, wanting to get your 2 cents on it first. My weight has drop though to 123, plus i have a very active job

therefore i up the calories a little more.

@Dezkob Definitely needed that increase in calories then. You need to eat to grow! Probably should have increased them a bit sooner if you noticed you weren't gaining muscle / weight, but that's OK.

Your numbers look good, though your protein doesn't need to be that high - it's well over 2g per pound of bodyweight at the moment. Again, not a totally bad thing, but those calories might be more useful coming from fat and or carbs. My suggestion would be something like this:

Protein: 250g (1000 Calories)

Carbs: 350g (1400 Calories)

Fat: 120g (1080 Calories)

Total Calories = 3480

Even that amount of protein is more than enough for what you need right now. As I said in my first response, if you can eat a lot of carbs and stay lean, then go for it. Maybe even boost the carbs to 400g and reduce the protein to 200g - 210g. But you can try out these numbers and see how you go.

You're still young, you want to make as many gains as possible at your age!
