When to add calories

If you work out at night, do you eat more that day or the next?

Hi, I just watched Scott’s video about increasing your caloric intake by 250 to 500 on days that you work out. I was wondering, since I work out at night, should I add the calories on the day I work out or the day after, since I’ll be recovering for the full day after my workout?

Thanks!

Matt

@MDToomey79 I suggest you add them on the day you workout - so you have more fuel in your system to CRUSH your workout at night! 💪
