The dip, one of the best compound bodyweight push movements in your arsenal to build muscle! You can utilize them to target all three heads of your triceps or your chest. One of my favorite exercises for sure ! Great to finally see this video up so that people can easily learn the difference.

Could you help me with my form for the chest dips? I only have a shot from the sides. Did i lean forward enough? https://youtu.be/qb6tkS8i-Zo

I would suggest using the help of the machine because you are only going halfway down. You need to go all the way down to build the strength you need. Also, I can't tell from this angle... but make sure you keep your elbows tucked in.

Yes, great exercise to target them triceps! I personally do this at the beginning of my workout routine so that my form does not suffer. Not keeping those arms tucked in can put unwanted stress on those shoulders.

 

Good video @scott_herman. I will target my chest, too the next time I do this exercise.
