Scott and I have been talking on IG for awhile now about our goal of hitting 600lbs on deadlift. I recently narrowly missed hitting 560lbs by a crazy small margin and figured a form critique is just what i need. I've been working on my grip tons as it was my first weakness by using the 3.0 IronBull grip, strap pull-ups and monkey grip deadlifts. I seem to stick right under the knee but my lockout is usually solid except for in this video. Any critique would be helpful. Thanks.

 

My youtube channel also has some of my other workouts if anyone is wanting to try some unusual practical lifts.

 

 

375lb Bench 1RM 540lb Deadlift 1RM (Failed Attempt at 560lb) 550lb Squat 1RM 315lb Zercher Squat 150lb Hercules Hold (58 seconds)
