I know ive probably asked a few questions today :-) living on this forum at the moment.....
So i saw a vid on how to execute a Romanian Deadlift (i usually do this every couple of weeks just to ensure my form is correct and pay more attention to the finer details) when i started a few months ago. I usually have an overhand grip and do the exercise.
I saw a video last week by SH and he has one overhand grip and one underhand grip (cant find that video just yet) so is there a reason why this type of grip should be used instead of both hands having the overhand grip?
