So i have bad posture and i have read all the articles on here.  One that i recently tried was standing against a wall.  So i find that i cant do it at all the best thing to describe i guess would be a drwan picture

#1 is when i put my feet and butt to the wall and no matter how hard i try to push back once my shoulder blades are ont he wall i cant get my neck or head even close to the wall.

#2 try with legs out just to try to get all of my back against the wall flat but once my shoulder blades and head are touching i cantt push back hard enough to get my lower back to touch.

Even laying on the ground its pretty hard to get  straight.  It doent look like i have a big problem till i try to do it.  Ive been to the doctors years ago and they said i dont have any diseases or anyhting wrong my spine looks normla i just need to fix my posture more of a muscle thing.

So this also restricts my shoulder movement  who would of guessed?   a joke i know lol

Now my question is should i not work out my shoulders till i can fix the problem. or should i just keep doing my routine and then add extra stretching in to help out.

like

petoral stretching and massage with one of those spikes balls

spine rollout with should flexion(  lay with foam roaller under you at tour shoulder blade while reaching up to a bar and bent knees hips in air.  lower hips slowly till you feel the stretch and hold 10 secodns and repeat a few times)

I wannt fix the problem, get better shoulder reach, but also want to maintain if not build my shoulders up (my weakest muscle)
