I just started doing box jumps a few weeks ago and I'm loving them. I'm at 40" right now which I know isn't very good, but I haven't tried a height yet that I can't jump on, moving up the height slowly and cautiously. I would really like to get good at these, if there are any box jump experts out there I would love some pointers!
