Hey Jeremie! you're doing great in your video..

But I have a few suggestion here brotha, when doing Front lateral raise for your shoulder, try to stand straight, core tight and only weight moves using your shoulder together with your arms. As I observe that the dumbell weight that you're lifting for your front lateral is too heavy for you that's why you're not lifting it properly. Correct form is very important,it will prevent you from any harm or injury! Before doing such exercise try to imitate yourself in the mirror in order for you to get the correct form before you do the workout.

I suggest that try to lift a lighter weight so that you can lift it very effectively and at the same time it will hit the target muscle on your shoulder. In front lateral raise you don't have to lift heavy, lighter weight is enough. It's useless to lift heavy if you're not doing it correctly. Now if you're lifting lighter weight but you do it correctly it will have a great impact to the target muscle.

And lastly, to have a great impact on the target muscle.. for example on front lateral raise, you should aware of the time interval of lifting it. ( One secs on lifting up and two secs delay when you bring it down ). Hope this picture will help.

And here's a video link of Scott for shoulder workout:

I'm no BS guy so I am gonna tell you straight up that your front raise is terrible. It is very important that you get to fix that form befoure you either injure yourself or understand that you are not gaining anything. Because with that form you are getting little activation in your shoulders. McMike covered the form fairly well, but I would like to add something. In no matter what exercise you do (with few exeptions) ALWAYS keep your chest popped out, your chin up, core tight, your spine straight and move the weight ONLY with the muscle you are supposed to move it with, I would love an update video from you brotha to see if you got your form all fixed up ! Here to help you know !

Awesome job helping Mike and William! :)

Jeremie, you really need to focus on "control" when lifting. You are using way too much momentum on your exercises. Your arnold presses looked good, but you were doing them so fast I doubt your muscles got a good workout.

TEMPO is a great way for beginners like yourself to learn more about their body and how to make that mind/muscle connection.

Also, I have videos or all these exercises to help teach you proper form. I suggest you take some time to check them out so you can maximize your workouts.

When you have time, check out the below video. It will teach you all about TEMPO and you can see how you like this shoulder workout compared to your own.

On a side note, I am so PUMPE you posted a video of your workout. This is the kind of engagement I love to see and it makes it much more fun for us to help you if we can "see" what you are doing.

Have a Happy New Year brotha!!!!! #HTH
