Cable-curl not going all the way up and not going all the way down. Also the elbows are flaring to much, triceps kickback is a bad exercise for triceps since the rear deltoid will get tired before the triceps.

 

Biceps curl you swing to much with the body, sitting row you don't let your arms become 100% straight. But good that you don't swing with the back like most people do to cheat.
