Well... dips on a dip bar only target chest if you are leaning forward with your elbows wide.. but I personally don't think dips are best for chest.

Are you low on chest ideas? Maybe I can give you something better.

Yeah my chest is really lacking compared to everything else. I don't go to a gym so I can't do bench presses or anything. My dumbbells are too light for chest presses too. only have 2 10s and one 20.

But I do have resistance bands that go up to 62 pounds.

How about setting up the bands under a bench and using them like a bar? You could do a super slow TMEPO with that.. This should prove to be a good workout.. especially with a 4 second TEMPO

Well i would recommend you to take a backpack and toss in the both 10s and the one 20s and then put on the backpack and then do real push-ups with it. I mean real push-ups where you have your hands on 2 diffrent chairs and feet on one chair so you can go full depth.

Then you can do incline push-ups just use smaller objects for the hands now, so u just get a 20 degree push angle to target the upper chest and use no stuff for feet.

For dips you can use 2 chairs and have people sitting on them while u do dips or if you have the chairs properly set you don't need people sitting on them and you can do dips with the added 60. But remeber to go really deep on the dips.
