I've been seeing a lot of ads through social media and such about waist trainers. I've always kind of brushed them off as bs, and never really put any thought into using one.

However, the fat around my midsection is super stubborn. My meal planning is dialed, my workouts are on point, my cardio is intense, the stuff just won't go anywhere.

So, are these waist trainers effective?

They aren't legit. If you want to trim down your waist. you need to get your diet on track and try adding some HIIT training to your routine to burn maximum calories. Don't fall for a gimmick like that.

Have you been to the @mealplan page to calculate your macros and calories needed for fat loss?
