Liked the video.. I'm living in volume right now. I'm doing a GVT program now (10x10 - at most a minute's rest). Going to be in such pain for 21 weeks...

Old enough to know better, young enough not to care. I'm an eternal rookie - As soon as I stop learning I start dying.

Watched this and tried to apply all three tips (+ the ones from the "add an inch to your arms" video) to my workout today. Definitely felt a big difference, even without making any major changes to my routine.

a few days ago I sent this video to my friend because I wanted to tell him about these three machinasim

Today I sent him this video as well

by the way in 6:25 this is 100000% me 😅

This is like THE BEST video on maximizing your gainzzz. I finally understood how Progressive Overload works and how to apply it to PPL program!!!
