hi,

i am a little confused: if you search on internet total working sets/reps per week lot of people say 120reps=12 sets per muscle group, if you do push/pull/legs thats nothing. Thats only like 2 exercise of 3 sets... yesterday scot uploaded a video and he said you should be doing 15/20 sets per workout and if you want beter results its beter do more then 3 sets per exercise, i 100% agree with that, but where comes the 12 sets per week from? Should i be doing somting between them? And what should be the perfect set range per week?(when i am talking about hypertrofy)

All information is welcome!! :D

@celaezer I mentioned the set ranges you should aim for in yesterday's video - about 15-20 for big muscle groups and 12-15 for smaller muscles. This would be weekly, but for example, you could aim for 8-12 working sets per workout for big muscle groups (16-24 weekly) if you're training them twice a week. That should help you see some good hypertrophy as long as your @mealplan is on point too! 😁
