Anyone else drinks the stuff?? I am a whole milk guy but when I’m trying to lose fat I opt for organic non GMO sugar-free soy. I hate to skim milk. Won’t go there. I’ve heard the myths about soy raising estrogen levels but they are just that. Or are they? Anyone else drink it? Don’t mind it actually once I got used to it, but I’d rather the whole milk.

I've never really tried soy milk, but I hve heard good things about it. If soy isn't really your thing, you could opt for something like almond milk? Or just take the milk out of your diet altogether? haha.
Of course you could even keep the whole milk in probably, you'd just need to make some other adjustments around your @mealplan so that you still hit your macros with the added calories from whole milk.

Soy won't raise your estrogen and you won't have any negative effects as long as you don't eat like 10+ servings a day. People think soy will do this because it has phytoestrogens. But so does beer. And I've never seen any of the bros turn down a beer because they were afraid they might get bitch tits.
As far as milk alternatives, soy milk contains a decent amount of protein but isn't exactly low calorie. I prefer cashew milk, which has a thicker texture and imo better taste. It's lower calorie, but no protein. Almond milk is similar but I don't like the texture as much. Recently I've started drinking a new product called "plant milk" by Bolthouse Farms. It's a weird name, but it's basically a pre-made pea protein shake that tastes like milk. Lower calories than soy, more protein, and better taste and texture. Only problem is it's more expensive.
