How to: decline dumbbell fly?
How to: decline dumbbell fly?
Video suggestion? I might be able to make that happen! Thanks for the suggestion bro! Personally I would stick to flat or incline though.. on a decline, people are probably much more likely to end up doing the flys above their shoulders rather than the chest which is when injuries start to happen.
Sure thing you can even improve the exercise and make a video about it! I'm trying to pick 3 chest exercise to do them with lots of sets.. Any suggestion?
How about flat bench press, incline bench press, and dips? Target a bit of everything!
Flat and incline will definitely be included in my workout! But... Dips are a little hard for me probably either cause of tightness in my shoulders or shoulder fatigue since its a push day. But I'm warming up my shoulders the way you've shown in a video
Oh nice! For now, you can go as low as your mobility will allow and try to get deeper and deeper. If you don't want to do dips though, add in a fly to add a good chest stretch to your program.
Ok man thanks!
Best 2-3 exercises i can do for back, arms and legs? I'm trying to minimise the number of exercises so as to increase the number of sets
@Goku007 I might actually make more videos like I did with 'The Only 2 Exercises You Need For Chest Growth' to cover some of the 'best' exercises. But you can also check out the Cheat & Recover program for an idea too, because each muscle group only focuses on about 3 exercises max!
Ok man!
