hi i remember you have a video on your genetics test. i was wondering did it tell you which PARTICULAR muscle groups you were slow-twitch dominant in and which you were mostly fast-twitch dominant in? or do you have any info on which are usually fast-twitch and which are usually slow-twitch? i might assume legs could highly probably be more slow-twitch in most people since we walk all the time.. but its just a guess! anyways yeah i wanted to know out of curiosity cause i play sports.

@faijaii I was mostly slow-twitch dominant all over. It's really hard to saw what muscle groups have more fast-twitch fibers compared to slow-twitch. The problem is that like a lot of things regarding fitness, everyone is different. While one person can build big legs with heavy squatting, another might see better results in terms of growth from more volume and lighter weight, because the muscle fiber make-up can change so much between people.
Honestly, the best thing to do is try multiple methods with your training (heavy weight, low reps and light weight, high reps) and see how you respond. Trial and error is actually how I figured out that I was mostly slow-twitch dominant - my genetics test just confirmed it 😊
