My 4th time doing wighted chin ups(15kg added weight) 

Is my form good?

Hey NitroDaxs,

Looks pretty good. My only advice would be to lean back a bit more and try to further squeeze the back muscles at the top. I'd also advise hanging completely, but still keeping that back tight (you may also enjoy dead stop reps, even though that's optional). Other than that, good work!

@NitroDaxs Nice chin-ups man! Make sure you get to a dead hang at the bottom of each rep though. That way you get a full stretch of your lats. At the moment you're stopping just a little shy of full range of motion. Get those arms straight!
