Hey everyone,
so two weeks ago, out of nowhere , I worked out in the gym , and as I started my pre workout run out the treadmill , I started to my hard pain in my lower back , so hard the I just couldn't continue working out. so after two weeks with no workout at all, it has calmed down .
I still feel it from time to time and I'm pretty sure its form all the box lifting where I work. but I dont know for sure .
so i have 2 questions :
1. I dont know if the pain happend from work or something also like APT (I dont know if I have it or not, couldn't figure that out), so if any one had it or have ways to make it better , please help!ðŸ™
2. I want to start with the total body workout , the question is do I lite my deadlifts and squats weight a little or do regular weight?
