Hi!

Since I finished cutting, I want to gain muscle. I already have determined my daily macros and I developped this program to achieve my goals:

I would like to know what you think aout it!

PS: I'm developping a full program for muscle gain followed by strength. The routine above is the first 6 weeks of it. It's a program I'm making for my YouTube Channel.

PS 2: And for the fourth day, it's for people to work on their imbalances. They'll be able to choose different workouts depending on the bodypart they want to work.

@Tony016 This actually looks really good man! I like that you've focused on fewer exercises per muscle group and you're really aiming for more sets to get that volume in. So would this be a 4 days on, 1 day off, repeat cycle? So that you're still hitting everything twice within a 5 day period?

Thanks for the reply!

The 4 days are for one week, I'm just hitting arms twice. After 6 weeks, I'll change the fourth day to focuse on chest, obliques and legs. Those, with arms, are the lagging parts I want to train more during the week.
