Hi scott,

Just wanna ask, im currently 5 ft 7in tall, weighing 138 poundss with 18% body fat. Can i try the Powerbuilding 101 program considering that i lifted 6 months ago but made little progress, and my goal is to gain strength and mucle while trying to reduce my body fat percentage

@tomydolittle Yes you can still do it! Absolutely! Because you're still in your newbie phase, make sure you keep yourself in a small surplus to maximize your gains too. You should be able to get that body fat % to drop if you add enough lean mass!
