Hi Scott, so as you see on this video I did a 45 lbs weighted chin up(I should of recorded behind me for better angle) . I usually try to hit building muscle range so about 8 reps. Any feedback? Did I do something wrong on this exercise?

My second question is if I’m doing weighted chin up of 45 lbs you think I’m capable of doing at least 20-25 of weighted pull ups?

@clutch_1994 Your form is perfect man! You nailed those chin-ups! Just make sure you get your chin over the bar on every rep - the first few reps were perfect, that last rep you just managed it so good job!

 

The only way to find out how many bodyweight chin-ups you can do is to just try and max out man!

I apreciated bro, I took a gamble doing 45 lbs of weighted chin ups. But I do drop set after every set to focus on more reps.
