Hi, I've been working out for a year now and it looks like my pushing is much stronger than my pulling. I can do 8 strict dips yet only 3 strict pullups. Is this normal and if it isn't should I worry about it?

Yeah thats totally normal. PUll-Ups are a much harder movement. Have you tried doing DEAD HANGS or Jumping Negatives to get better at pull-ups?
