Hey Scott I’m new to your program and I’m tryin to figure out wat workout is good for me and my goal I’m 204 14% body fat and I’m trying to shredd that last 4% off also I have some week points in my body like my back and shoulders that are smaller than my other muscles can I get help

I think you would be best with Full Body Evolution. You alternate each workout twice a week to max our growth periods throughout the week. If you would like, you can upgrade to PLATINUM+ and we can work more closely together in my private forums to adjust the program EXACTLY to your needs and incorporate extra days or exerciss to bring up your weak points (back and shoulders).
