Hello people !
So I'm travelling the world, always changing countries and hotels and such and I have not the luxury of carrying any weight equipement.
(Sometimes I use 2L water bottle to work out but its clumsy af)
I would like to come up with a routine that would target every muscles of my body, so I could train all.
And also do that training through calisthenics, this way I can easily do it everywhere with no equipements.
At the very least, I could use a elastic band, this is great for resistance training and it's lightweight and easily carriable,
Is such a thing even possible?
When I do my research on internet, most of the time people gives exercices to target the main group of muscles, but I can't find something that would go into the details of every muscle (like fingers, neck, etc..)

And hello Scott ! I have been working out with your videos since 2013 when you did the Level 1 / 2 / 3 with BeFit, those 20min HIIT training videos. Also a good heart check.
