Using this to build muscle

I’m skinny, will this 12 week programme effectively build muscle?

During these times, I don’t have access to the gym. I see this 12 week home programme is placed under “fat loss” rather than “muscle building”. Will this still be effective in building muscle, as someone who has no fat to lose?

Hey Tom!


At the end of the day "fat loss" is just a label when it comes to a home program like this.  As long as you are eating at maintenance or slightly above (about 250 - 500 calories) you can build lean muscle.
