'm going for the PPL plan.

Questions: for calculating my calories and etc. Will the option be "Moderate 3-5 exercise" or "Hard daily"

Also, it says

BMR at Rest:1781
BMR in Motion:2761

But my Macros say:

Calorie Goal:3261 Calories / Day

What am I suppose to follow? My goal is to gain muscle and loss fat. Also, Rest says I have 1781 calories? Is cardio day suppose to be 1781 calories as well?

Thank you.

I would probably go for "Hard Daily" man. The PPL routines are intense.

For your calories, if you're aiming to bulk and gain muscle, then you'll want between about 3000 - 3200 calories. You can reduce it a little on your rest days, but probably only back to about 2500 - 2700 to make sure you're still in a surplus. Especially if you're doing cardio because that will be burning extra calories on your rest days.

Remember these are just starting points. If you notice after a couple of weeks that maybe you're gaining too quickly, you can reduce these numbers.

Hope that helps!
