I train legs twice a week. Quad focus and then hamstring focus the next. I hit glute isolation on both days. Wondering if I can work them an extra day during my 6 day work out schedule of if it would be counter productive.

I'm pretty sure a lot of females train legs as a whole 3 times week, so it would be fine to add in a bit more isolation on a third day. Frequency often gets results! Just make sure the total weekly rep/set volume isn't counter producitve, and that you're still giving 24-48 hours rest between training them.

Thanks! I had it in my head I had to wait 72 hours between training legs! I'll adjust my training schedule!

Yeah 2 days should be enough.. so if you're training 6 days a week you could probably set up your week something like... Lower, Upper, Lower, Upper, Lower, Upper.

And awesome! Hopefully we can get something set up soon!
