I am 54 5'3 145lbs my first goal weight is 138, my second goal weight is 130 and my ultimate goal weight is 120. I am doing "The 12 Week Home Program" to lose weight. I'm eating 1350-1550 calories a day. I have 31% body fat. I am gaining muscle but my two weak areas are inner thigh fat and AB fat. What can I do to target these areas? The rest of my body is looking good, but these two areas are awful and take away from my hard work.
