Hi Everyone,

Just wondering on days I don't go to the gym but go for a run, do a sprint session or HIIT workout do I eat my rest day calories or work day calories?

@Brookenielsen96 I would go with rest days calories, or something a little higher. It depends - do you class those days as off days? Or do you have another day/days during the week that are off days?

 

If you have another day/days that's an off day/days, then I would go with your work day calories on your running / HIIT days.
