I recently made a review about cobra labs the curse which I have been using in place of Cellucor C4. I decided I should post a review for C4 as well. I've tried a lot of different kinds of pre workouts but like how C4 can be tailored towards any individual because it has low caffeine content and a plethora of ingredients to help increase blood flow and strength. I stay away from high caffeine content pre workouts because although it delivers more focus, it does restrict blood flow. I take between 1-1.5 scoops and ALWAYS get a good pump in the gym. I never had any difficulty with mixing the pre workout and it didn't leave any gritty bits at the end thanks to the Creatine nitrate which is easily soluble once mixed with water. I didnt mind the watermelon flavour but like how there are so many flavours to choose from anyways. Overall, this is not only a great entry level pre for both men and women, but it can be used for an experienced lifter who aims for more not only moderate focus but proven pump ingredients.

Hi Scott

premium subscriber here wondering if you might be available to meet for an hour or so on Sunday, April 10 in the AM so I can be in Boston for a meeting by 1pm, Sunday after 4pm, Monday, the 11th, after 2pm, or Tuesday, 14th, anytime before noon in your gym.

Some questions I have meanwhile are:

1) What is best natural food intake (not NO Explode) for pre workout prep? Is Cellulor One above the best for a supplement in addition to natural food? Does it vary my workout type (e.g. legs, back, etc.)? How much time before (eat) if I usually do morning workouts?

2) What can you share about hear rate variability and where I should be during cardio versus weight training?

Thanks and hope to make it work this time to meet in person

Phil

I completely agree with this. I've trie a few different brands for pre-workouts, in order to find the one that fits me the best. I was encouraged to try Cellucor C4 by a friend of mine. Not only are the flavors AMAZING (go for green apple on bodybuilding.com) but the kick you get is great. I don't feel anxious like I have before, but I don't feel like it wears out on me mid workout. In addition to this, I take Cellucor Alpha Amino's intro workout. It's a great combination to help you on that grind. Defintley try it out if your looking for a good combo!

Hello guys, I bought C4 some time ago and lately I realise some difference in the mass of the powder, like multiple lumps. Any idea what is that? should I stop using it and throuw it away??

It is just settling occuring with the ingredients - nothing to worry about. Check the label for expiration date. As long as the product is still being used before this date, you will be fine. Also, sometimes variation in room temperature can cause ingredients to clump.

Ah I see...I guess it is because of the temperature difference (August-September). Thanks man..

Usually there is a white package inside the tub that keeps humidity out... did it not come with one or did you throw it away?

I tried C4. Not only did it not work for me, it caused me to crash mid workout. Bang preworkout works well for me, but a couple of the guys in the gym swear by BSN NO Xplode, so I might try it out.

Is the C4 Ripper better or the C4 extreme?
