Unfortunatly a pump will only last for about 2-3 hours after your workout. This is pretty much all you can get and lasting too long is probably not the best for your body. Definatly want to hydrate and get that proteing during this time. Creatine will just cause your body to retain water, really nothing to do with a pump/

I have been training coming up on 6 years and have made some great gainz. I've done a lot of trial and error on myself as well as learned from others and through research online. I've come along way in strength and size since I've started. I will continue to learn and make myself better each day. I think as far as defined muscle you'd be looking at being less bloated as well as eating well and not taking in too much sodium so you don't retain a whole lot of water.

Aaron is spot on here! You don't want a pump all day anyway.. if you had a pump all day.. you would be in serious trouble and you would have to go to the hospital haha. In terms of fullness, that will come with time as you train more and achieve more muscle maturity.

As for the definition, that is down to being leaner and minimizing water retention/bloating like Aaron said.

Making sure you are hydrated enough will help you look fuller though, because don't forget your muscles are made up largely with water!
