Hi, so I have big imbalances (like 1-2 inches muscle growth difference on my whole left side compared to the right) and I am wondering if 1 hand rows/lat pull down would be a good exercise to target all the muscle in the back and help with posture(also help with the imbalance in my oblique). Also is 1 hand row/lat pulldown considered a compound exercise?
The reason im asking is because i have trouble feeling my left side and feel my right side is doing all the work. BTW im kinda a beginner
