I usually like to run in the morning for some mintues, two days ago When I started to run I felt a strange pain in my hip immediately after 1 second, I am not able to determine the location well but maybe it is below my back. it did not happen to me before
it happened yesterday, I tried some stretching on the floor and they helped a lot I was able to walk very well, But After that I sat down and it happened again.. now I am sitting and feeling some fire below me!
If I sit for 20 minutes I will be not able to walk for some mintues but I will be better gradually
what should I do ? which mistakes I did when I started to run ? although I don't run fast immediately .. When can I go back to gym approximately? I started to get very good results So I hope it won't be long 😓
