Hello there,
I've been following Scott on youtube for quite a while now, and I've finally decided to look at his website. I have to be honest, his program looks intriguing and I might have to do that DNA test one of these days.
Useful information:

Estimated Body Fat %: 18-20
Anyway, here is what I am here for: I have chronic fatigue and back pain. I've had this condition for most of my life. I've never had a major injury or accident, and I've been in general decent health. I've gone through some weight change over the past 5-10 years. My heaviest was about 210 pounds, and I am currently 155. I've kept it between 150-165 for the last 3 years or so.
My lifestyle has been all over the place. I didnt play sports or do anything active in high school, but I wasn't overweight. Around the age of 17, I became addicted to video games. I played shooters and mmo's and card games for my entire life, but this is around when that's pretty much all I was doing. From 17 to around 26, I gained all my weight and became incredibly unhealthy and inactive. Over the last 5 years, I've lost it all and turned my life around completely, but the pain and tiredness still exists, as it always has.
I've received a ton of medical treatment for my conditions. I've had a billion massages and chiropractic adjustments. I've been to a primary care doctor 3 times very recently. I've had 2 full panal blood tests done and an examination by a sports medacine doctor. My blood test results show all normal/good. My testosterone levels, I believe, are extremely low, but the tests say they are normal. A recent MRI scan revealed signs of arthritis in my neck and back. My nutrition is very good, not perfect, prety well refined at at this point. I'm hydrating most days.
I'm trying to make this short because I can't really go through all the hundreds of changes and adjustments I've made in my life. Here are my problems: I'm tired and I'm hurting, I can't lose any more fat, I can't build any muscle. I've followed a LOT of advice (much of which have come from this youtube channel), and have encorporated it into my training. I've been training consistently since January 2017, and I have seen VERY minimal results. I've noticed some significant strength gains, but no muscle gain and no fat loss. I've tried calorie surplus for months, calorie deficit for months, I even tried intermittent fasting for 3 weeks (until it was just too much and I couldn't take it anymore). I lost a few pounds on the fasting plan, But it was probably water and muscle since I was having a very hard time fitting in my macros in an 8 hour window.
Every day of my life, I'm tired and fatigued. I know for a fact that my sleep quality is poor, and I've tried supplements, I've been using hypnosis and meditation for over a year, I tried counseling, and I addressed it with my doctors and the only thing they can recommend is doing a sleep study. I'm also incredibly stressed out every single day, I have anxiety issues. I understand these are 2 things that can hinder results either way, but I'm running out of options.
For the life of me, I simply cannot understand how I am seeing NO results after 1 year and 9 months of training, a COMPLETE turn around in nutrition, hundreds of hours of research, and all the supplimentation you can think of (excluding steriods).
What's next? What can I do? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you for your time.
